Scheduling appointments for a Marriage License is available AFTER you submit the application.

Marriage license applications are accepted by appointment only.
The $50.00 application fee is due at the time of the appointment.

The marriage license must be obtained in the town where the ceremony takes place.
Both applicants must bring their physical photo ID to the appointment.
Each applicant’s Social Security Number will be asked for during the appointment.
