Interested in adopting a pet?

To adopt an pet from the Animal Control and Care Center you first have to fill out an application for the pet that you are interested in. After the application is received and approved, a time is set up for the potential adopter to meet with the pet.

Note: Just because an application is submitted does not mean that you will be automatically approved for adoption. We try our best to make sure that the adoption is a good fit for the pet as well as the adopter.

After meeting with the pet and filling out an adoption contract the pet is then transported to the vet where vaccinations will be given and the pet will be spayed or neutered.

The adoption fee is $75 which covers vaccinations, spay or neuter and a microchip.
