The City of Stamford has distributed garbage and recycling toters throughout the City to all locations that collections occur. All households should put their address on their Toters.

This is the policy for any replacement or additional Toters requested:

Newly constructed houses or condominiums will be issued free 1 garbage and 1 recycling Toter per household upon request on Fixit Stamford.
Replacements of damaged Toters will be delivered free per removal of damaged Toter. Requests are required to be input into Fixit Stamford.
Replacement of lost, stolen or requests for additional toters are required to be purchased for $81 by calling the Scale House at 977-4620.
