Restoration Work Plan

*Important Note: Please note that the restoration work plan outlines only preliminary work which was detected upon Bismark’s initial assessment. In areas where underlying water intrusion issues can be resolved, final restoration work will be completed. However, in areas where water intrusion issues cannot be immediately resolved but selective demolition work needs to occur, temporary restoration work will be completed. A monitoring plan will then be put in place until the water intrusion issue can be resolved and final restoration completed.
