The Food Truck Committee is charged with upholding certain sections of the Stamford Code of Ordinances "Article IV - Mobile Street Vendors".

The Committee consists of the Chief of Police or their designee, the Tax Director or their designee, the Health Director or their designee, the Transportation Bureau Chief or their designee, and the Board of Representatives President or their designee.

The Food Truck Committee meets occasionally as requests for review of rules, or requests for a hearing regarding food truck permitting, warrants.
